Refund & Return Policy

At Monon, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Refund & Return Policy explains the conditions under which products purchased from https://monon.store may be returned or refunded.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery

  • The return request is made within 48 hours of receiving the product

  • The product is unused, unburned, and in its original packaging

Due to the nature of candle products, we do not accept returns for change of mind.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Used or burned candles

  • Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery

  • Products returned without original packaging

  • Clearance or discounted items (if applicable)


3. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective candle:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos or videos of the product and packaging

Once verified, we will offer:

  • A replacement, or

  • A refund, depending on product availability


4. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed:

  • To the original payment method, or

  • As store credit, if agreed

Refund processing time:

  • 7–10 working days after approval

  • Bank or payment gateway delays may vary and are beyond our control


5. Return Shipping

  • If the return is approved due to our error (wrong or damaged item), return shipping costs will be covered by Monon

  • If a return is approved for other valid reasons, shipping costs may be borne by the customer


6. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.


7. Candle Safety Disclaimer

Candles are fragile and sensitive to heat. Minor surface imperfections (such as frosting or slight color variation) are natural characteristics and do not qualify as defects.
